The following are some of the questions, which users can answer by checking standard answer choices ("labels").  They are not limited to one answer choice but can check all that apply. Interested parties can then search the data by means of these labels.  This summary table does not include common questions, such as contact information, or those fields where participants will have the opportunity to upload text and respond with free-form narratives. The goal of the questions is to capture as much information, especially about participatory and deliberative democratic practices and about the use of technology in connection with them.  But we are hoping to use the flexibility of the technology to gather as much data as possible without losing that focus.
