News » New Federal Overtime Regulations Focus of September 24 Program
NEW YORK, September 8, 2004—New federal overtime regulations are the focus of a CLE program to be held Friday, September 24, 8:15 a.m.-9:30 a.m., in the Wellington Conference Center at New York Law School, 57 Worth Street.
The program, “Understanding the New Federal Overtime Regulations: 30 Days Beyond the Headlines,” is the first of New York Law School’s Labor & Employment Law Program’s 2004-05 Labor & Employment Law CLE Breakfast Series. The September 24 program is being co-sponsored with Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations Alumni Association.
Speakers include:
- Seth Harris, ILR ’83, New York Law School professor and director of the Labor & Employment Law Program
- Carolyn D. Richmond, Esq., ILR ’91, chair of the Labor & Employment Group, Wachtel & Masyr, LLP
- Lisa Hunter, ILR ’77, president of the Newport Consulting Group and a member of the adjunct faculty at Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations Extension Division
