NEW YORK, September 17, 2004— Robert B. Tierney, chair of the Landmarks Preservation Commission, will speak at a Center for New York City Law breakfast at New York Law School on Friday, October 1, 2004 at 8:15 a.m.

The event is presented by the Center for New York City Law in the Stiefel Reading Room at the school’s campus at 47 Worth Street (between Church Street and West Broadway). Tierney will present “A Report on Recent Developments.” There will be an open mike Q & A following the speech. Media coverage is invited, and videotapes of the presentation will be available to the press.

The open forum is part of the Center for New York City Law’s Breakfast Series. The event is open to the public at no charge, but reservations are appreciated.
