Accelerated LL.M. in Taxation
New York Law School J.D. students in good standing may accelerate their LL.M. degree in Taxation by taking a maximum of twelve credits of advanced tax courses. These credits may be applied directly to the LL.M. or toward a tuition waiver for students taking twenty-four credits as LL.M. students.
J.D./M.B.A. with Baruch College
The full-time, four-year joint J.D./M.B.A. Program with the City University of New York Baruch College adds a business education to a legal background and broadens employment opportunities.
Study Abroad
Students may spend a summer or semester abroad studying with another law school’s ABA-approved program. In addition, the New York Law School Media Center facilitates foreign study opportunities for students specializing in Media Law.
Environmental Law at Vermont Law School
A semester-long exchange program for a limited number of second- and third-year New York Law School students with a special interest in Environmental Law.
BA-BS/J.D. THREE + THREE PROGRAMS
Well-qualified undergraduate students at one of our partner institutions may participate in a combined Bachelor’s-J.D. program to receive both degrees in only six years. Selected students would fulfill bachelor’s degree requirements specified by the undergraduate school and begin law study after the third year. The bachelor’s degree would be awarded upon successful completion of the first year of law study. Our partner institutions are Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, NJ; Adelphi University, Garden City, NY; New England College, Henniker, NH; and Southern Vermont College, Middlebury, VT.
