Welcome to this on-line Office of Telecommunications.  This is a new resource where I will post reference information and helpful tips and tools which describe how to use the telephone and voice mail systems.

I am available Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00A.M. through 5:00P.M. to provide answers or assistance with telephone or voice mail related issues. Should you encounter a systemwide problem after hours weekdays or on weekends, please alert the security staff at the 47 Worth Street security desk. They will contact me.

Fax machine service issues

If your fax machine has a dial tone, but you are experiencing other problems, contact staff at the Purchasing Office (53 Worth Street, Lower Level, Room L6A, 212-431-2140).

An important reminder

If an extension begins with the number 2, outside callers can contact the extension directly by dialing 212-431-2XXX.

However, if an extension begins with the number 4, outside callers must dial 212-431-2100 and during the greeting enter the extension (4XXX).
