Noted here is a brief description of the SuperSet 401, 410, and 420 telephones, the headset unit, and the conference speakerphone.

SuperSet 401
This model is a single line telephone.  It has five personal keys.  It does not have a speaker phone.

SuperSet 410
This model has six personal keys, no soft keys and no display screen.  This model also has a built in speaker feature and can be used hands-free.  The microphone is located at the front edge of the unit near the dial pad.

SuperSet 420
This model has twelve personal keys, three soft keys and a display screen. The display notes the time, date, and Phonebook feature. This model also has a built in speaker feature and can be used hands-free.  The microphone is located at the front edge of the unit near the dial pad.
