A description of the major keys and telephone features are highlighted below.
The model SuperSet 420 has twelve personal keys, three soft keys and a display screen. The display notes the time, date, and Phonebook feature. Through the SuperKey you can program keys and access special features as the following: Phonebook, Call Forwarding, Personal Keys, Timed Reminder, Advisory Messages, Do Not Disturb, Ringer Adjustment, Set Password (is not an available feature), and Language.
There is also a built in speaker feature so that the telephone can be used hands-free. The microphone is located at the front edge of the unit near the dial pad. When you use the speaker feature face toward the microphone so that the caller can hear you. If you are using the speaker feature when retrieving messages from voice mail, press the microphone key so that the speaker microphone is turned off. This will prevent background noises from interrupting the message.
Keys
There are three types of keys- Personal, Function and Soft.

I suggest you use voice mail options because it provides you and the community a more efficient means to conduct business if you are not immediately available.
