Other available features, but consider Voice Mail options instead

The following are other program features.  However, I suggest you use voice mail options
because it provides you and the community a more efficient means to conduct business if
you are not immediately available.

Do Not Disturb
Do Not Disturb prevents your telephone from ringing.  However, when this feature is activated
your call is directed to the Console.  THIS IS NOT ADVISED.  If you must prevent your
|telephone from ringing in your office, lower the volume down or Call Forward your line to
Voice Mail (2100).

Timed Reminder
Timed reminder will ring your telephone at a prearranged time (much like an alarm clock).

Consider using Voice Mail

A better means for reminding you of an important activity is through voice mail. When you
use the Future Delivery option you can record a message and have it sent to you sometime
in the future.  This is a better option for reminding you to do something than having your
telephone ring once and to not remember that you set it to remind you of something.
