Your mail box and extension number are the same number. The following are the steps you should follow to initialize your voice mail box. The voice mail system will direct you through each of the following steps. An abbreviated version of what will be "said" is noted below.

At your telephone, dial 2100. If you are using another telephone to set-up your mailbox, dial 2100* (star). |

Enter your temporary password (1 , 2, 3, 4, 5, 6). |

You need to change this temporary password to a new number that only you will know. |

Enter the new password number, then press # (pound). |

Now you need to record your name. Say only your first and last name, then press # (pound). To accept your mail box name press # (pound). |

Now you need to record a greeting. Press 2 to select a personal greeting. |

Press 2 to record the greeting. When you have finished your greeting press # (pound). To accept the mail box greeting press # (pound). |

When you are at the main menu you should change your prompt level. NOTE: YOU WILL HEAR ONLY TWO OPTIONS- AFTER OPTION TWO, PRESS 4 (personal options). |

Press 2 (administrative options). |

10 |
Press 3 (prompt levels). |
|
11 |
Press 3 (rapid prompts). |

12 |
To exit the system, press ** (star, star). | |
