To access voice mail internally dial 2100.  To access voice mail externally dial 212-431-2100 then press #.  (If you are using another telephone to set-up your mailbox, dial 2100*).

When prompted to enter your password, enter the following: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.

You will then be prompted to change this number to a new number that only you will know.  Enter the new password, then press #.

To record a new greeting:
1) Press 4 for Personal Options.
2) Press 3 for Greetings.
3) Press 1 to record a Personal Greeting.

Record a new mail box name:
1) Press 4 for Personal Options.
2) Press 3 for Greetings.
3) Press 3 for Recorded mail box name.
