Remember that through your voice mail greeting you are presenting yourself to other persons both inside and outside the law school.  Always present yourself in a professional manner.  Speak clearly and keep your greeting to the point.

Redirecting an outside caller

If you wish to offer an outside caller an option to dial a different extension, save them the time and expense by instructing them to do the following:

Dial star (*) and the extension to reach an alternative contact
