Submissions

The Journal welcomes the submission of articles, book reviews, and commentaries that are dedicated to the study of international, comparative, and private law issues.

Manuscripts: Each manuscript submitted for consideration should be triple-spaced with two-inch margins on each side. Each submission should contain a brief abstract or summary of the paper's contents. Manuscripts should be submitted on word processing disks that are compatible with the DOS operating system (i.e., IBM PC and compatible systems), preferably using either WordPerfect or Word for Windows software.  Manuscripts should be addressed to the Topics Editor, New York Law School Journal of International and Comparative Law, 57 Worth Street, New York, New York 10013.

Footnotes: All footnotes should be triple-spaced and must conform with the rules in the most recent edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation published by The Harvard Law Review Association.
