The Securities Arbitration Clinic offers students a unique opportunity to develop lawyering skills while assisting individuals unable to obtain legal representation in pursuing their complaints. Students will learn how to evaluate and analyze a potential claim and determine whether a cause of action exists.
The clinic is cotaught by Professor Aleta G. Estreicher and Visiting Professor Howard S. Meyers, who previously served as an Enforcement Attorney for the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and is currently a partner at Meyers & Heim LLP.
