While we feel that On-Campus recruiting provides employers with the opportunity to see the broadest range of candidates, we also understand that the demands of a busy practice sometimes make this time intensive program less appealing than in office interviews. Therefore, both as a part of the Fall and Spring Recruiting programs we will bundle and distribute student resumes to firms who prefer the flexibility in office interviews, and whose needs go beyond hiring summer associates.
Additionally, in order to meet your needs outside of the “hiring season” we will be glad to work with your schedule to provide the advantage of having a large number of résumés to review at any time of the year.
