New York Law School opened its first-ever residence hall in the fall of 2005. The 13-story building, located at 81 E. 3rd Street in Manhattan's East Village, houses a total of 99 students in two- and three-bedroom apartments.

Each bedroom is furnished with an extra-long twin size bed, a desk and chair, dresser, and air conditioner. The apartment kitchens are equipped with stoves and refrigerators. Each apartment has a small common area. Some of the apartments have balconies or terraces, and there is a central courtyard available for use by students for socializing and outdoor study.

Additional building amenities include a laundry room and 24-hour, seven-day-a-week on-site security.

Please view the Housing Guide for more detailed information on how to apply to live in the residence hall and prices.
