Diane L. Fahey
Associate Professor of Law

Professor Fahey has been teaching at New York Law School since 2006. Since fall 2003, Professor Fahey has been a visiting professor of law at Vermont Law School. After receiving her LL.M. in Taxation, she served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable James Halpern of the United States Tax Court from 2000 to 2002.
