  • recognize the importance of corporate culture, structures, and measurement of learning for the success of a learning organization.
  • identify factors that indicate that the corporate culture is supportive of continuous learning.
  • identify processes for creating a learning organization.
  • Match employee learning needs with appropriate learning designs.
  • Identify processes for measuring learning at Kirkpatrick’s Level 4, or ROI.
Lesson: Providing Technological Resources

The learner will:
  • recognize the importance of learning and performance-support technologies for the learning organization.
  • identify important issues related to the use of learning technology.
  • choose appropriate applications for electronic performance-support systems.
  • match emerging technology terms with learning concepts.
Lesson: Leaders for Learning

The learner will:
  • recognize the value of the right kind of management for a learning organization.
  • identify management roles and skills needed for a learning organization.
  • differentiate between learning situations that are and are not appropriate for coaching.
  • identify characteristics of the relationship between mentoring and the learning organization.
  • identify factors that contribute to treating employees as knowledge assets
