To enroll in the Premium TransitChek Program:

  • Call the toll-free enrollment service, Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
    at 866-823-3248

  • Log onto www.mytransitchek.com

To enroll you must have the following information available:

  • Your social security number
  • Your last name on your company's records
  • Your birth date 
  • Your zip code corresponding to the mailing address you provided human resources


New enrollees will recieve their cards on the following basis:

  • QuickPay - once every three years
  • Premium Annual Metrocard - once a year (unless lost or stolen).
  • Voucher - monthly

Deadline for Employee Action

The deadline for employees to enroll, cancel out, or make changes in benefit amounts
is always the 15th of the month, 6 weeks in advance of a given benefit month as
indicated in Column 1 and 2 above.

For example,  Farrah would like to enroll in benefits for the month of January 2007.
She needs to take action by November 15th to be eligible for the month of January 2007. 
Any action taken outside this timeframe (11/16 - 12/15) will not go into effect until the
benefit month of February 2007.

Delivery of Benefits

Delivery of the QuickPay Card, Metrocard and Voucher benefits to employees occurs
between the 20th and 27th prior to the scheduled benefit month.
