Room Setup and Furniture
If your event requires a special room setup, please use one of the descriptions listed below. Specific setup instructions and an accurate diagram are essential parts of the event planning process.
Note: A diagram is required for room setups in the Steifel Reading Room, Wellington Center Dining Room, Conference Rooms A & B, 1st Floor Cafeteria, and Student Lounge. Please include ALL items needed on your diagram.
A copy of your final instructions and accurage diagram must be submitted to the Office of Special Events not less than 10 business days in advance of your meeting/event.
