Requesting Audio/Visual Equipment and Support:

Audio/visual services are managed by the Office of Information Technology at the Law School. Available equipment can include:

• Audio cassette recorder
• CD player
• Data projector
• Overhead projector
• Presentation laptop computer (specify request for Internet connection, if needed)
• 35mm slide projector
• Video playback support
• Video recording support
• Conference telephone
• Projection screen
• Microphones (specify number, and whether to be located at podium, table, floor stand, or wireless lavaliere)

To request audio/visual equipment and/or support, send an email including the specifics of your request to rooms@nyls.edu. Be sure to include YOUR NAME, CONTACT PHONE NUMBER, EVENT DATE, EVENT TIME, AND EVENT LOCATION.
