Howard O. Godnick '85, partner at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP and former Notes and Comments Editor on the New York Law School Law Review, addressed New York Law School Law Review at the 2007 Annual Banquet. Mr. Godnick, a distinguished alumnus, has worked significantly on behalf of the victims of Hurricane Katrina. Mr. Godnick led the effort to secure temporary housing assistance to Katrina victims and successfully enjoined FEMA from evicting Katrina victims from hotels while their applications for relief were still pending.
