Profile

Jeremy is responsible for community management, day-to-day operations and customer support at Metaversum. Prior to Metaversum, Jeremy worked at TRADOS, Rivermine and Extensive Development. Jeremy joined TRADOS in 1998, where he became Senior Director for IT and Managed Hosting Services. In 2005 Jeremy joined Rivermine Software, where he led the customer support and managed services teams. Jeremy co-founded Extensive Development LLC, consulting in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business. Jeremy has a BA in Computational Linguistics from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA in Enterprise Management from George Mason University.
