What Supervisors Do:
For new or existing supervisors who have not had formal
supervisory training and for those who supervise others.

This is a session that will introduce topics such as:
  • Managing your work and beginning to work through others
  • Performance feedback
  • Delegation: what and why
  • Reasons Supervisors Fail
  • An introduction to HR topics that relate to supervision

There will be handouts and folders provided.  Participants can begin to create their own manuals
related to materials they receive from these sessions.

To register, please RSVP Karen Burke, Human Resources, via e-mail

Registering allows us to plan materials, food and beverage amounts, (where applicable), and a lack of registered participants creates cancellations.
