Exit Interview Process
Prior to leaving employment at New York Law School, an employee is scheduled by the Office of Human Resources for an appointment for an exit interview. The appointment is scheduled sometime within the employee's last five (5) working days.
The interview covers the following:

An explanation of conversion privileges, the termination date of group insurance coverages, and COBRA options.

An explanation of provisions under New York State Unemployment Insurance regulations.

A discussion of the reason the employee is leaving the Law School, including the employee's impressions and constructive comments that may be helpful in improving the Law School's work environment.

Checklist of NYLS school property.
