Andy is the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Sony Online Entertainment (SOE), a subsidiary of Sony Corporation and Sony Pictures Digital Entertainment.  Mr. Zaffron is responsible for all legal and business affairs of the company.

Prior to joining SOE in 2000, Mr. Zaffron was director of legal and business affairs at Sony Computer Entertainment America - responsible for property licensing, litigation management and providing legal and business affairs support to the sales, finance, operations and customer service groups.  Before joining Sony, Mr. Zaffron was a trial lawyer in San Diego, California.

Mr. Zaffron is a member of the California bar, has been admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in California, is a member of the American Corporate Counsel Association, and has spoken on numerous industry and professional panels.  Mr. Zaffron received his Bachelor of Science and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Illinois.
