Profile
Jason is the Director of Business Development at Areae Inc., creator of Metaplace. Prior to joining the Metaplace team, Hable was a Principal at Crescendo Ventures, where he focused on software and digital media investments. During his tenure at Crescendo, Jason served on the board of directors at QuikCycle and was a board observer at Dust Networks, Envivio and Areae.
Hable has also twice stepped into operating roles at Crescendo portfolio companies. In 2002-2003, he was the head of finance at DigiLens, Inc. and in 2004 served as the interim Director of Business Development for SealedMedia. Prior to joining Crescendo in 2001, Jason worked at Wells Fargo, funding entrepreneurs in a variety of industries. He received an MBA from the University of Minnesota and a BA from the University of St. Thomas.
