Profile

David Lindsay is an expert in technology law, including Internet law, Electronic Commerce law, Communications law and Privacy law. He currently teaches teaching Introduction to Legal Reasoning, Law of the Internet, and Trusts. He has published many articles in the areas of information technology law, communications law and media law. His current research interests include regulation of on-line privacy, domain name governance and dispute resolution, copyright infringement via the Internet and regulation of voIP services.

David is a contributing author for Copyright and Designs (Butterworths, Sydney, 1996-) and the author of International Domain Name Law: ICANN and theUDRP (Hart Publishing, Oxford, 2007).
