Non-degree Students

Qualified applicants may apply for permission to take one or more courses listed in Graduate Tax Program Curriculum without becoming candidates for the LL.M. in Taxation.  Non-matriculating students are expected to attend class regularly, participate fully and to fulfill all course requirements, including taking any examinations.  

Auditing Policy 

Each recipient of the LL.M. in Taxation from New York Law School shall be allowed to audit one course at New York Law School free of charge. Thereafter, New York Law School LL.M. degree holders may audit any course listed in the Graduate Tax Program Curriculum and will be charged one-half the normal tuition for the course.
