In accordance with federal and state law, New York Law School maintains information regarding security policies and procedures and prepares annual Campus Security Report with all campus crime statistics as reported to the United States Department of Education. You may access this information at the Office of Postsecondary Education web-site. The Report is made available annually to all members of the Law School community, is posted on the school's web-site, and is also available upon request from the Assistant Vice President of Security and Safety (185 West Broadway, Lower Level Room L2, 212-431-2837, ghayes@nyls.edu).
NOTE
In compliance with changes outlined in the Higher Education Opportunity
Act of 2008, an annual Fire Safety Report must also be issued. There is an
option which will permit the combining of both reports (this is likely the
route we will pursue). So a modified statement reflecting the availability
of an annual Campus Security/Fire Safety Report will be drafted. Compliance
begins August 2010.
