Ask Dorian!  NYLS is proud to introduce Dorian Estrada as its new Fitness and Nutrition Coach. Dorian’s fitness training specialties include strength and conditioning, body building, fat loss, circuit training, kettle ball, and TRX. He will answer your individual questions, which you should send to Questions (without names attached) and answers will be posted on the portal.

Tribeca Health & Fitness, located at 107 Chambers Street (between Church Street and West Broadway), offers NYLS students a special discount of $50 per month (month-to-month, no long term contract, and cancellations accepted at any time.  $100 is required when signing up.)

Students should stop by the Office of Student Life (5th floor, E building) to request a copy of the letter that is needed to present when signing up for this discount, or request a copy by emailing Shani.Darby
