Nonmatriculating Students

Qualified applicants may apply for permission to take one or more courses listed in the Graduate Tax Program Curriculum without becoming candidates for the LL.M. in Taxation. Not all classes are open to nondegree students. Nonmatriculating students are expected to attend class regularly, participate fully, and fulfill all course requirements, including taking any examinations.

Alumni Auditing Policy

All recipients of the LL.M. in Taxation from New York Law School are allowed to audit additional courses at New York Law School free of charge.

CLE Credits New York Bar Admitted Attorneys

Courses successfully completed within the Graduate Tax Program will qualify for CLE credits for both newly admitted attorneys and experienced attorneys on the basis of 14 CLE credits for every one (1) academic course credit hour. All students (including nonmatriculants) in the Graduate Tax Program should contact Ashley Oliver at for information about CLE credits.
