Advanced Legal Writing
This course is intended for students who want to improve their ability to write sharp, clear prose, to edit their own and others’ writing, and to become more comfortable with the art of composing and organizing written material. It is not a theory course.
The course emphasizes legal writing techniques and works through innumerable examples requiring editing and writing. It is graded on a take-home final examination.
