Cybersecurity, data governance, and AI are driving significant and rapid changes in transatlantic legal practice. This program will review recent U.S. and French/EU legal developments in cross-border data transfers, enforcement priorities, and emerging AI regulations, as well as applications to supply chains, where data breaches, vendor oversight, and AI-driven marketplaces expose the limits of existing practices. The discussion is designed for practitioners advising across borders and will offer concrete guidance on drafting, risk allocation, and preparation for the next wave of AI oversight.
