Join us for a discussion on the evolving relationship between artificial intelligence (AI) and copyright. As AI continues to transform how creative works are produced, used, and disseminated, courts and policymakers across jurisdictions are grappling with its implications for copyright law and the need for appropriate governance frameworks. Using a recently released IFRRO Guide as a starting point, we will discuss the potential role of sustainable licensing models.
SPEAKERS INCLUDE:
Antonios Baris, IFRRO
Lord Justice Colin Birss
Professor Michael P. Goodyear, NYLS
Roy Kaufman, CCC
Professor Dr. Eleonora Rosati, Stockholm University
Molly Stetch, STM
Co-Hosted by New York Law School and the International Federation of Reproduction Rights Organisations (IFRRO)
