Do you have questions about how to find law firms to apply to outside of Symplicity? Have you heard of “Direct Send”—otherwise known as sending your resume and cover letter directly to an employer? We’ve put together a program for any students interested in private practice who want to expand their job search.

In a wide-ranging conversation with alumni, you’ll learn everything you need to know about the direct send strategy, including the types of law firms that are a fit for direct send, research tools for law firms in your practice area, ways to use our alumni network and set up informational interviews, how to structure your cover letters, and what materials to include in your application packet.
