Dates
Monday, April 25, 2022–Wednesday, April 27, 2022

Ticket Distribution
We will allocate up to 15 tickets per graduating student who completed the Commencement Response Form. If you do not need all of the tickets you received, you must return them to the Office of Student Life in room E501 for re-distribution. Tickets may not be sold or given to other students, and you will be asked to acknowledge this when you receive your tickets.
Time and Location: 12:00 p.m.–2:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.–6:30 p.m. (Grand Gallery)

Portraits
If you do not have your regalia, please continue with your plans to take your portraits. NYLS will provide regalia for you to use for your portrait. No RSVP is needed. Arrive at any session. Please arrive with your regalia. Sitting for the photo is free. The photo studio will request your contact information and will mail you the proofs and directions for ordering. After you review the proofs and the photo package options, you may directly place your order with the studio.

Alumni Information
Obtain your alumni ID card when you pick up your tickets. There will be a station set up in the Grand Gallery. You will need to show your current student ID card and the OneCard Office will print you an alumni card. The alumni card will immediately be activated when printed and your student card will be deactivated. All fund and access privileges will automatically be transferred from your student ID card to your alumni ID card. You must use your new alumni card until July 31, 2022 to enter the School. On August 1, 2022, the alumni card will become a true alumni card and have different access privileges. (You may keep your inactive student ID card.) If you wish to have a different picture on the alumni card, you must use the link to submit your photo to the OneCard Office prior to picking up your tickets. As you pick up your ID card, you can also pick up a congratulatory gift courtesy of the Office of Institutional Advancement and the NYLS Alumni Association.

Please stop by the Academic Planning and Career Development table to check in and register your job or to accelerate your job search! You can meet your counselors—Beth Dambriunas and Sare Mills—who are available to help you continue your search for post-graduate employment. In addition, we will have the post-graduate employment survey in hard copy for you to complete on the spot. You can also use the link to complete the survey online.
