The Impact Center for Public Interest Law invites you to a discussion on executive power. Moderated by Professor Rebecca Roiphe, this event addresses the role and scope of executive power, the President’s role with respect to the Department of Justice, and what the President can achieve unilaterally and what requires Congress.
