Hosted by the Wilf Impact Center for Public Interest Law, Wilf Impact Center Conversations is a speaker series that highlights how current events impact civil rights and civil liberties.
New York City will face an unprecedented wave of evictions when the eviction moratorium expires this coming January. Join Professor Andrew Scherer and students as they lead a discussion on the housing crisis in New York—delays in delivery of Emergency Rental Assistance Payments (ERAP), the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling on the eviction moratorium, upcoming legislation in the NYS Legislature, and the growing need for housing attorneys.
