Tracy Gibbs Sargent ’97 is Director of Legal Affairs at Activision Blizzard, a global leader in interactive entertainment and gaming with iconic titles such as “Call of Duty,” “Candy Crush,” and “World of Warcraft.” During her career, she has handled and negotiated agreements and matters concerning e-commerce, licensing, technology transactions, IP, game development, privacy, and data protection. Sargent was based in Seoul and Paris for nearly a decade, where she led the legal teams for the company’s business operations in South Korea, Southeast Asia, and Europe. She has a B.S. from Ithaca College and a J.D. from New York Law School.
