Winning a case starts long before trial. It begins at the preparation phase before a case is ever filed. In this discussion, you’ll hear examples of winning real cases as early as possible, including some first-in-class types of cases in false advertising space in the pharmaceutical industry, and great strategies for new attorneys entering the market.  

Anne Elise Herold Li is a shareholder at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP, and a first-chair trial lawyer specializing in intellectual property with a focus on the life sciences industry. Using outside-the-box strategies, she has successfully represented companies in bet-the-company litigations, often scoring key wins long before trial, resulting in favorable settlements.
