Event Details

Bribery not only happens at home, it also takes place abroad. To curb this practice, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act prohibits the bribery of foreign government officials to obtain or retain business. What are its main provisions? What are some of its criticisms? Does it apply beyond U.S. borders?

Martin S. Bloor ’99, a partner at the law firm Cozen O’Connor, focuses on white-collar criminal defense and regulatory enforcement matters. He will discuss these questions among others.

This is an online event.
