Providing competent legal services in the rapidly growing Web3 space requires attorneys to have a working familiarity with the underlying technology and tools. In this hands-on workshop, NYLS Professor Houman Shadab will lead students in learning how to use technology that mints and sells nonfungible tokens (NFTs), launches distributed autonomous organizations (DAOs), and deploys smart contracts to blockchain.
