Dean Crowell will host a special briefing on Zoom to discuss the Supreme Court’s recent decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, and the future of reproductive rights in New York and elsewhere, as well as the impact the decision could have on other significant constitutional rights such as marriage equality. Panelists for the discussion will include Professor Lisa Grumet, director of the NYLS Diane Abbey Law Institute for Children and Families; New York State Department of Health (DOH) Deputy Commissioner Adam Herbst; Professor Arthur Leonard; and Dr. Kirsten Siegenthaler, DOH’s Director of the Division of Family Health/Office of Public Health.
