This annual event explores the reasons why, in a diverse economy driven by diverse participants, the practice of arbitration and mediation has been persistently homogeneous. Participants will engage in breakout discussions to frame real-world recommendations on approaches that can accomplish the goal of ADR neutrals’ reflecting the diversity of the disputants with whom they work.
