Professor Ruti G. Teitel will be discussing her draft of, ‘Chapter on Constitutionalism and Peacemaking: Comparative Perspectives’. The draft has been accepted for publication in an Elgar imprint on Comparative Constitutionalism, she was invited to contribute the chapter on constitutionalism and peace where she endeavored to compare Colombia, South Africa, and the US-respectively after periods of conflict and peacemaking. While the chapter has been accepted for publication, there is still time to incorporate changes following next week’s workshop.
