We are pleased to announce the fifth series of this popular event. Every other Wednesday, New York Law School hosts informal discussions with leaders in the fields of conflict avoidance, management, and resolution. All sessions are free and will be held via Zoom at 1:00 p.m. EST/EDT
Kenneth Feinberg is best known for the design and implementation of damages relating to multi-victim catastrophes. He designed and ran the Victims’ Compensation Fund after 9/11/2001, and he also assisted in the BP Oil Spill, the Volkswagen ignition issue, and the Agent Orange settlement. He will discuss the principles of such mechanisms as well as his book, Who Gets What? Fair Compensation After Human Tragedy.
