We are pleased to announce the fifth series of this popular event. Every other Wednesday, New York Law School hosts informal discussions with leaders in the fields of conflict avoidance, management, and resolution. All sessions are free and will be held via Zoom at 1:00 p.m. EST/EDT
Robert Margulies is the Executive Director of the Marie Garibaldi ADR Inns of Court—until recently, the only Inn devoted to the advancement and mentoring of ADR practitioners. He consulted on the statutes and rules governing the Complementary Dispute Resolution Program in New Jersey state courts and will talk about how that program has worked over the decades of its existence.
