In a career spanning over three decades, Loretta Alkalay was an attorney for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), heading the FAA’s legal office in New York as Regional Counsel for more than 20 years where she was responsible for all FAA matters in seven states, the District of Columbia, Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and parts of Asia. She received her B.A. from Cornell University and her J.D. from New York University.
