(IP Lunch) Copyright, Publicly Displayed Sculpture and Architecture with Professor Richard Chused

Professor Richard Chused is a prolific scholar and an expert on copyright law and related subjects, property law and its history, and gender and law in American history. He joined the New York Law School faculty in 2008, after having spent 35 years teaching and writing at the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. Professor Chused will discuss his recent intellectual property scholarship, which addresses the right of copyright owners to control the use of publicly displayed sculpture and architecture.
