(Lunch Lecture) Antitrust and Competition on the Merits

Antitrust law seeks to promote competition, which prevents overcharges, improves quality, and fosters choice, by prohibiting illegal restraints on trade. In recent years, many are asking whether U.S. antitrust law is still up to the task.

Bob Hubbard, an Assistant Attorney General in the Antitrust Bureau of the New York Attorney General’s Office, will illuminate this ongoing debate.
